1. Contest Period
The Contest begins on December 2, 2024, and ends on December 25, 2024, at 11:59 PM (PST). All entries must be submitted by this deadline to be considered.
2. Participation Criteria
To participate in this Contest, you must be at least 18 years old at the time of entry. You must submit original work and don’t infringe on any copyright when participating in this Contest. You must be a registered user of Vidnoz and agree to, and comply with, these Terms, social media platform rules, and the
General Terms.
3. How to Enter
Participants must create Christmas-themed videos using the Vidnoz AI. Entries must be submitted using the following steps.
a) Create Santa/Christmas videos with Vidnoz
Please note: We check the content of each script. Political, sexual, offensive, or criminal content will not be approved.
b) Share your video to the following social media channels: Twitter, YouTube, or TikTok; and add hashtag #VidnozSantaContest when sharing on social media.
c) Complete and send the
Submission form on a landing page. You need to fill out the information required (*) on the submission form.
d) Wait to announce the winner.
Entry Requirements and Limitations
To be eligible, your entry must:
Originality: Be original and exclusively created by you.
Theme: Be a warm and creative Christmas blessing and greeting video.
Compliance: Adhere to the General Terms and Conditions.
Deadline: Be submitted before December 25, 2024.
Content: Be free of political, sexual, offensive, or criminal content.
Rights: Not infringe on any copyright, trademark, privacy right, publicity right, moral right, or other intellectual property right.
Limitation of Liability: By entering this Contest, participants agree to release, discharge, and hold harmless Vidnoz, YouTube, X, and TikTok from any claims, losses, or damages that may arise from their participation or from the acceptance or use of any prize. Vidnoz is not liable for any technical malfunctions or issues that may affect the submission process or communication.
5. Judging Criteria
The Contest winner will be selected based on their Eligible Entries. The design and script must fit the theme of "A Message from Santa". The winner is determined at the sole discretion of the judging panel (comprised of members from the Vidnoz marketing team, who will evaluate all entries. Their decision will be final and binding.). They will take into account the creativity, imagination, social media engagement, quality and originality of the script, and so on.
6. Prize
The winner will receive one (1) iPhone 16 (approximate retail value: $799+Tax). The prize is not transferable; no substitutions or cash equivalents. No financial or other compensation will be made. The Winner is responsible for all applicable taxes and expenses in relation to their Prize and waives any claim against Vidnoz in that respect.
We will announce the Winner via Vidnoz's social Twitter account on Jan 2, 2025, and notify the winner via email offered in the submission. If we cannot contact a Winner within 48 hours of our notification, we reserve the right to cancel a Prize and pick another Winner. We are not responsible for unsuccessful efforts to notify any potential Winner. Please check your email inbox regularly, including your Spam. We reserve the right to use the winner's Santa video, and if the winner disagrees, we will pick another winner.
